In regulation 219 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012(1), in paragraph (5), in the definition of “electronic prescription service”, for “the Health and Social Care Information Centre” to the end substitute “NHS England, the body corporate established under section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006.”.
