1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees Order 2024 and comes into force on 1st April 2024.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(3) Expressions used in this Order which are also used in the Supreme Court Rules 2009(1) have the same meaning as in those Rules, unless specified otherwise.
