SCHEDULE 1 Fees payable in the Supreme Court

1.  In this Schedule, a “ reference” means any reference under—

(a) rule 41 of the Supreme Court Rules 2009 in relation to the Supreme Court’s devolution jurisdiction(1); or

(b) section 6A or 6B of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(2) in relation to assimilated case law(3).
