6. In the Paternity and Adoption Leave (Adoption from Overseas) Regulations 2003(1), after regulation 12 insert—
“Redundancy: adoption leave
13. In regulation 23(1B) of the Leave Regulations, for “is placed with the employee for adoption” substitute “enters Great Britain”.”.
