The following sections of the Act apply in relation to a conviction for an offence under regulation 14 (and are to be read as if they included a reference to a person who had been convicted of an offence under that regulation)—
a
section 33 (deprivation);
b
section 34 (disqualification);
c
section 37 (destruction in the interests of the animal); and
d
section 42 (orders with respect to licences).
