The Immigration, Nationality and Passport (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1), (7), (8) and (10)(a) and (b), 69(2) and 74(8)(a), (b) and (c) of the Immigration Act 20141 and sections 86(1) and (3) and 93(6)(a) of the Immigration Act 20162. These Regulations are made further to provision in the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 20163.

In accordance with section 69(1) of the Immigration Act 2014 and section 87(1) of the Immigration Act 2016, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.
