SCHEDULE 1 Modification of police and crime commissioner enactments in their application to the Mayor

PART 1 Modifications of primary legislation

Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980

5.—(1) The Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980(1) is modified as follows.

(2) In section 99 (directions to dispose of land – supplementary)—

(a) after subsection (2), insert—

“(2A) Where a notice under subsection (1) is received by the Combined Authority which relates to land used wholly or partly in relation to the Mayor’s PCC functions, the Mayor is to make any representations under subsection (2) on behalf of the Combined Authority to the Secretary of State.”;

(b) in subsection (4)—

(i) in paragraph (dbzb)(2) at the end insert “or, as the case may be, the Mayor”;

(ii) omit paragraph (dc)(3).
