2.—(1) The Criminal Legal Aid (General) Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 9 (criminal proceedings)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (uf)(2) omit “and”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (uf) insert—
“(ug)proceedings under sections 21, 28 or 29 of the Public Order Act 2023(3) in relation to a serious disruption prevention order; and”.

Regulation 9(uf) was inserted by article 8 of S.I. 2023/150, as to the coming into force of which see article 3(3) of that instrument.
