Commencement2
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 31 January 2008:—
a
Sections 22 to 29, in relation to the general functions of Local Authorities in Wales;
b
Section 30 (interpretation of Part 2);
c
Section 101 (provision of information about children: Wales);
d
Section 102 (disqualification for registration under the Children Act 1989).
