Coming into force
The Welsh Ministers are, in relation to Wales, the appropriate national authority for the purpose of exercising the powers conferred by section 5(4) of the Animal Welfare Act 20061, and make the following Regulations in exercise of those powers.
The Welsh Ministers have carried out a consultation in accordance with section 5(5) of that Act.
In accordance with section 61(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
