Title, application and interpretation1

The title of this Order is the Local Transport Act 2008 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) (Wales) Order 2009 and it applies in relation to Wales.

In this Order—

  • “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Local Transport Act 2008;

  • “the 1985 Act” (“Deddf 1985”) means the Transport Act 19852; and

  • “the 2000 Act” (“Ddedf 2000”) means the Transport Act 20003.
