in subsection (1), in paragraph (b), for “section 28I of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995” substitute “paragraph 3 of Schedule 17 to the Equality Act 2010”;

in subsection (2), in paragraph (c), for “Part 4 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 6 of, and Schedule 17 to, the Equality Act 2010”.
