1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2 and Saving Provision) (Wales) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Localism Act 2011; and
“the 2004 Act” (“Deddf 2004”) means the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004(1).
