Education (Assembly Learning Grant Scheme) (Wales) Regulations 20026
In regulation 6(6)(b) of the Education (Assembly Learning Grant Scheme)(Wales) Regulations 2002 omit—
a
“the auditor appointed by”; and
b
“to audit the accounts of the authority or any auditor qualified for such appointment by virtue of section 14(4) and (9) of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004”.
