119.—(1) Section 2 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit “and Wales,”;

(b) after “the Environment Agency” insert “ , in Wales the NRBW ”.

(3) In subsection (2A)—

(a) after “the Environment Agency” insert “ or the NRBW ”;

(b) after “the Agency” insert “ or the NRBW ”.
