(2) Yn is-baragraff (b), hepgorer y geiriau cyn “on any”.
(3) Ar ôl is-baragraff (b) mewnosoder—
“(ba)on the Environment Agency if any part of the area affected by the order is in England, and on the Natural Resources Body for Wales if any part of the area affected by the order is in Wales;”.
