Schedule 2 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, for the words from “notice on” to “catchment board” substitute “ notice on the Environment Agency (if any land to which the draft order relates is in England), the Natural Resources Body for Wales (if any land to which the draft order relates is in Wales), and on any catchment board ”.

In paragraph 12, for the words from “notice on” to “catchment board” substitute “ notice on the Environment Agency (if any land to which the interim order relates is in England), the Natural Resources Body for Wales (if any land to which the interim order relates is in Wales), and on any catchment board ”.
