14.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Ym mharagraff 2, yn lle'r geiriau o “notice on” hyd at “catchment board” rhodder “notice on the Environment Agency (if any land to which the draft order relates is in England), the Natural Resources Body for Wales (if any land to which the draft order relates is in Wales), and on any catchment board”.
(3) Ym mharagraff 12, yn lle'r geiriau o “notice on” hyd at “catchment board” rhodder “notice on the Environment Agency (if any land to which the interim order relates is in England), the Natural Resources Body for Wales (if any land to which the interim order relates is in Wales), and on any catchment board”.
