199.—(1) Mae adran 200 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1)(a), ar ôl “Forestry Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2)—
(a)yn y geiriau agoriadol, ar ôl “Forestry Commissioners” mewnosoder “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(b)ym mharagraff (b)—
(i)ar ôl “made” mewnosoder “by the Forestry Commissioners”;
(ii)ar y diwedd mewnosoder “or made by the Natural Resources Body for Wales under article 10B of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1903) for or in connection with the use or management of land for forestry purposes”.
(4) Gan hynny, ym mhennawd adran 200, ar ôl “Forestry Commissioners” mewnosoder “and Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
