2.—(1) Mae adran 9A o Ddeddf Ystadegau Masnach 1947 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1)—
(a)ym mharagraff (a), ar ôl “the Environment Agency” mewnosoder “, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(b)ym mharagraff (b), yn lle “either of those Agencies authorised by that Agency” rhodder “any of those bodies authorised by that body”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2), yn lle “Agency” rhodder “body”.
