210.—(1) Section 33B is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (3), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) after “Environment Agency” insert “ , the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”;

(b) after “Agency” insert “ , Body ”.
