210.—(1) Section 33B is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
(3) In subsection (4)—
(a)after “Environment Agency” insert “, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(b)after “Agency” insert “, Body”.
