211. In section 33C(10), in the definition of “relevant enforcement authority” omit “or” at the end of paragraph (a) and after that paragraph insert—E+W
“(aa)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, where the proceedings in respect of the offence have been brought by or on behalf of that Body, or”.
