234.—( 1) Mae adran 66G(4) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ym mharagraff (c), ar ôl “the Environment Agency” mewnosoder “, if the request or proposed determination relates to an introduction of water to the supply system of a water undertaker for the purpose of supplying water to premises in England”.

(3) Ar ôl paragraff (c) mewnosoder—

“(ca) the NRBW, if the request or proposed determination relates to an introduction of water to the supply system of a water undertaker for the purpose of supplying water to premises in Wales;”.
