236.—( 1) Mae adran 71 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn lle “Environment Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “appropriate agency”.

(3) Yn is-adran (6), yn lle “the Agency” rhodder “the appropriate agency”.

(4) Ar ôl is-adran (8) mewnosoder—

“(9) In this section “the appropriate agency” means—

(a) the Environment Agency, in relation to a well, borehole or other work in England;

(b) the NRBW, in relation to a well, borehole or other work in Wales.”
