250.—(1) Mae adran 161 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (3)(b), ar ôl “the Environment Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, mewnosoder “or the NRBW”.
(3) Yn is-adran (4), ar ôl “the Environment Agency” mewnosoder “, where the proposed works will affect any watercourse in England, and the NRBW, where the proposed works will affect any watercourse in Wales,”.
