251.—(1) Mae adran 166 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), yn lle “the Environment Agency” rhodder “the appropriate agency”.
(3) Ar ôl is-adran (9) mewnosoder—
“(10) In this section “the appropriate agency” means—
(a)the Environment Agency, in relation to discharges of water in England;
(b)the NRBW, in relation to discharges of water in Wales.”
