278.—(1) Mae adran 154 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1)—
(a)ar ôl “Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, mewnosoder “or the NRBW”;
(b)yn lle “either of the Ministers” rhodder “the relevant Minister”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2)—
(a)yn y geiriau agoriadol, yn lle “each of the Ministers” rhodder “the relevant Minister”;
(b)ym mharagraff (b)—
(i)ar ôl “Agency”, yn y man cyntaf lle y mae'n digwydd, mewnosoder “or, as the case may be, by the NRBW,”;
(ii)ar ôl “Agency”, yn yr ail fan lle y mae'n digwydd, mewnosoder “or the NRBW”.

“(7) In this section, in relation to the NRBW, references to functions have effect as references to relevant transferred functions.
(8) In subsections (1) and (2), “the relevant Minister” means—
(a)in relation to land in England, the Secretary of State; and
(b)in relation to land in Wales, the Welsh Ministers.”
