Section 29 of the Plant Varieties and Seeds Act 1964 is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)—

for “Forestry Commissioners” substitute “

for “those Commissioners”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “

for “the Commissioners”, in the first and second places where it occurs, substitute “
