29.—(1) Mae adran 29 o Ddeddf Amrywogaethau a Hadau Planhigion 1964 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (2)—
(a)yn lle “Forestry Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate authority”;
(b)yn lle “those Commissioners”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate authority”;
(c)yn lle “the Commissioners”, yn y lle cyntaf a'r ail le y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate authority”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3), yn lle “Forestry Commissioners” rhodder “appropriate authority”.
(4) Ar ôl is-adran (3) mewnosoder—
“(4) In this section “appropriate authority” means—
(a)in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers;
(b)in all other respects, the Forestry Commissioners.”
