300.—(1) Mae adran 204 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (2)(a)—
(a)ar ôl “the Agency,” mewnosoder “the NRBW,”;
(b)yn lle “or the Water Act 2003” rhodder “the Water Act 2003 or the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1903)”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3)(a), ar ôl paragraff (ia) mewnosoder—
“(ib)the NRBW;”.
