300.—(1) Section 204 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In subsection (2)(a)—
(a)after “the Agency,” insert “ the NRBW, ”;
(b)for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “ the Water Act 2003, or the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/1903) ”.
(3) In subsection (3)(a), after paragraph (ia) insert—
“(ib)the NRBW;”.
