335.—( 1) Mae adran 72 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn is-adran (1)—

(a) yn y man priodol mewnosoder—

““the appropriate agency” means—

(a)

in relation to England, the Agency;

(b)

in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;

“the appropriate supervisory body” means—

(a)

in relation to internal drainage districts which are wholly or mainly in England, the Agency;

(b)

in relation to internal drainage districts which are wholly or mainly in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales.”;

(b) yn y diffiniad o “drainage body”, ar ôl “Agency,” mewnosoder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.

(3) Yn is-adran (6), ar ôl “Agency” mewnosoder “, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.

(4) Yn is-adran (8), ar ôl “Agency” mewnosoder “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
