349.—(1) Mae adran 8 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), yn y geiriau agoriadol, yn lle'r geiriau o “by the” hyd at “in” rhodder “by the Natural Resources Body for Wales in”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2)(a), yn lle'r geiriau o “specified” hyd at “as” rhodder “specified by the Natural Resources Body for Wales as”.
(4) Yn is-adran (3)(b), yn lle'r geiriau o “by the” hyd at “for” rhodder “by the Natural Resources Body for Wales for”.
