Section 15 is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)(a), for the words from “or the” to “transporter” substitute “ , the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter ”.

In subsection (3), for the words from “are” to “provide” substitute “ are statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall, if the statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales provide ”.
