35.—(1) Mae adran 15 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (2)(a), yn lle'r geiriau o “or the” hyd at “transporter” rhodder “, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3), yn lle'r geiriau o “are” hyd at “provide” rhodder “are statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall, if the statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales provide”.
(4) Yn is-adran (4), yn lle'r geiriau o “or the” hyd at “transporter” rhodder “, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter”.
(5) Yn is-adran (10), yn lle'r geiriau o “undertakers” hyd at “or any” rhodder “undertakers, the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales or any”.
