378.—(1) Mae adran 81 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), ar ôl “new Agency” mewnosoder “and the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(3) Yn is-adran (2)—
(a)yn y geiriau agoriadol, hepgorer “, in relation to a new Agency,”;
(b)ym mharagraff (a)—
(i)ar ôl “the Agency” mewnosoder “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(ii)ar ôl “above” mewnosoder “(subject, in the case of the Body, to section 5(6) above)”.
