380. Yn adran 91(1), yn lle'r diffiniad o “the appropriate new Agency” rhodder—
““the appropriate agency” means—
(a)
in relation to England, the Agency;
(b)
in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;
(c)
in relation to Scotland, SEPA;”.
