381.—(1) Section 94 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a)for “either new Agency” substitute “ a new Agency ”;
(b)for “the other of them” substitute “ any other of them ”.
(3) In subsection (6)—
(a)in the definition of “the appropriate Agency”—
(i)in paragraph (a) omit “and Wales”;
(ii)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in relation to Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”;
(b)in the definition of “new Agency” for “or SEPA” substitute “ , the Natural Resources Body for Wales or SEPA ”.
