382.—(1) Mae adran 108 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adrannau (2) a (3), ar ôl “the Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, mewnosoder “, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
(3) Yn is-adran (15)—
(a)yn y diffiniad o “enforcing authority”, ar ôl paragraff (b) mewnosoder—
“(bza)the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”;
(b)yn y diffiniad o “pollution control functions” sy'n gymwys o ran yr Asiantaeth a SEPA—
(i)yn y geiriau agoriadol, ar ôl “the Agency” mewnosoder “, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(ii)yn y geiriau cau, ar ôl “the Agency” mewnosoder “or the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(iii)ar y diwedd mewnosoder—
“but, in relation to the Natural Resources Body for Wales, does not include any functions which were exercisable by the Countryside Council for Wales or the Forestry Commissioners immediately before 1 April 2013 and are functions of that Body by virtue of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013;”.
