Section 113 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

a

for “a new Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ a relevant agency ”;

b

in paragraph (a), for “the other new Agency” substitute “ another relevant agency ”;

c

at the end of paragraph (b), omit “or”;

d

after paragraph (c) insert

or

d

by the Natural Resources Body for Wales to the Forestry Commissioners,

in the closing words, for “either of the new Agencies” substitute “ any of the relevant agencies ”.
