In Schedule 4, paragraph 5 is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “undertakers” (in the first place where it occurs) to “provide” substitute “ undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall, if the statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales provide ”.

In sub-paragraph (2), for the words from “undertakers” to “shall” substitute “ undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall ”.
