39.—(1) Yn Atodlen 4, mae paragraff 5 wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-baragraff (1), yn lle'r geiriau o “undertakers” (yn y man cyntaf lle y mae'n digwydd) hyd at “provide” rhodder “undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall, if the statutory water undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales provide”.
(3) Yn is-baragraff (2), yn lle'r geiriau o “undertakers” hyd at “shall” rhodder “undertakers, the Environment Agency or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the gas transporter shall”.
