405.—(1) Section 33 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For “the Countryside Council for Wales”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ the Natural Resources Body for Wales ”.

(3) In subsection (2) omit paragraph (b) (and the “and” before it).
