407.—(1) Mae adran 82(2) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle “the Countryside Council for Wales (in this Part referred to as “the Council”)” rhodder “the Natural Resources Body for Wales (in this Part referred to as “the NRBW”)”.
(3) Yn lle “Council”, yn yr ail fan lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “NRBW”.
