Schedule 6 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 12, in the section 119D(12) to be inserted into the Highways Act 1980 as respects Wales, in the definition of “the appropriate conservation body”, in paragraph (b), for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.

In paragraph 16, in the section 135A(6)(c) to be inserted into that Act, for “the Countryside Council for Wales” substitute “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
