420.—(1) Mae adran 33 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (3)(a), yn lle “Agency” rhodder “appropriate agency”.
(3) Yn is-adran (5)—
(a)ar ôl “Environment Agency” mewnosoder “or of the Natural Resources Body for Wales, whether framed by reference to the appropriate agency or otherwise,”;
(b)ar ôl “the Agency's” mewnosoder “or, as the case may be, the Natural Resources Body for Wales',”.
