427.—(1) Schedule 2 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 4(2), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
(3) In paragraph 5(9), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
