428.—(1) Schedule 3 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2(1), after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.

(3) In paragraph 3(8), after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca) the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
