Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (c. 29)
454. In section 12, after subsection (5) insert—
“(5A) In exercising a function in a manner which may affect a flood risk or coastal erosion risk in Wales, the Environment Agency must have regard to the national and local strategies and guidance.”
